1. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a manufacturer and all of our products are in-house.
2. What products can you produce?
We manufacture all types of hang tags, care labels, woven labels, stickers, and RFID labels as well as RFID hardware.
3. Do you offer free samples?
Yes we do. But if you need to customize your logo or design, you'll need to pay the sample fee.
4. Could you accept sample order?
Of course, sample order is welcome.
5. What is your lead time?
Usually it takes 5-7 days. But if you are a regular customer and have stock with us, then the goods will be shipped within 3 days.
6. Will I be able to approve my artwork before labels are produced?
Yes, all artwork is emailed to you before going to production, unless you request otherwise.
Also, we have an online ordering platform for you to check your artwork and the details of your order.
7. How can I confirm the quality of items?
We will make samples for your approval before bulk production.
8. How about the shipment?
We will check optional shipping ways for you per your request.
8. What is your payment term?
Usually, we accept T/T and Paypal.
9. What do I need to provide before placing an order?
Please send me your artwork, and let me know the quantity and chosen material.
10. Do you have any certificates?
For accessories & trims, we have OekoTex 100, FSC, GRS.
For RFID products, we have RoHS, ISO, CE, CCC.
